CTL is proud to invite all faculty, staff, postdocs and graduate students to a session that will focus on the critical importance of ensuring that our digital content is accessible for all students. By April 2026, The University of Texas at Dallas must comply with federal accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 A and AA) under the ADA Title II Rule Update.

In this Webinar Wednesday training, we will explore:

  • The legal requirements and standards for digital accessibility.
  • The benefits of accessible content for all students, including those who require accommodations.
  • Practical strategies and tools — including artificial intelligence tools like Copilot and Ally — to enhance digital accessibility.

Accessibility is not only a legal obligation but a moral imperative to support the needs of our student body and campus community. Attendees will gain valuable insights and actionable skills to enhance the learning experience for everyone.
