Faculty Learning Communities (FLC) are small, peer-led groups of faculty members that foster connections across disciplines and facilitate the application of new skills in the classroom.
An April cohort, limited to 10 participants, is devoted to excellence in online teaching. CTL Assistant Director Dr. Carol Cirulli Lanham will guide participants through a five-day asynchronous training that begins Monday, April 10 and culminates with breakfast and conversation on Friday, April 14.
